- I'm a devout Catholic who is learning to feel God's presence in everything I do throughout my daily life. A PhD student in Atmospheric Science at The University at Albany-SUNY, I am a weather/science/math geek, and I'm especially geeky about hurricanes. Also, I'm a 9th generation native Floridian of Minorcan descent. I love nature, animals, and anything about Florida history or culture. That's me in a nutshell.

All right, post already. I've cut back on the homework just so you could post...only kidding...about the cutting back part. I enjoy your writing and look forward to reading your blog for a long time to come.

If you want I can take pictures of my banana tree and the bananas it grew and you can write...something...about them, idk...
ha ha, anonymous...I wonder who you are? I will be writing again, soon, and thank you for reading. Feel free to cut back on more homework if you feel so inclined.
Tommy - Bananas are a non-native species in Florida ;-) However, those small homegrown ones taste quite good.

ha ha, well this is a special day for "anonymous" because people rarely agree with him! just kidding, "anonymous" :-D. I will post something...eventually. Probably not till after I have completely reformatted my computer.
Great Blog....At first I didn't know this was you unitl I noticed the similarities between the datil peppers and their containers and was amazed that these were the same ones in my own back yard.
